I appreciate your decision to have started your career in technical Education. It is a field which, if you take serious, will bring you success and prosperity in your life. Technical Education will ensure you more gainful job opportunities vis-a-vis General Education besides opening enormous opportunities for career/professional development within the country as well as abroad. You have started your career studies which will prepare you for mid-level engineering job in the public and private sector. If you need, you can join a job in Government, Industry or a corporate sector with a supervisory role in the construction, manufacturing, I.T and services sector after completion of your DAE courses to support your selves and your families.

If you have time and resources, you can build upon your DAE qualification for obtaining Engineering and Technologies Qualification at Bachelor degree level which can further lead you to the Master and PhD level in the national and International Universities.

Therefore I would like to appreciate your decision for getting admission in our esteemed Institute which is a wide campus rich Faculty, offer a unique opportunity of learning skill and knowledge and a very friendly environment and terms of well-equipped labs, workshops, trained and qualified faculty. Based on ideological in scientific approach towards Technical Education, we create the leader of tomorrow who can take leading roles in the next generation building careers.

Further, I would advise the citizen of Pakistan in general and residents of this area to join the steam of technical education which is highly essential for the economy and self-reliance of a nation. MISSION & OBJECTIVES

Government Polytechnic Institute Mansehra is a single Polytechnic institute in public sector in District Mansehra which is working under the administrative control of KPTEVTA.

Our History

The institute was started in 1995 in a very limited accommodation of Govt: High School Dhodial Mansehra. After the establishment of Hazara University in 2001, the institute was shifted to accommodation where Govt: Technical & Vocation Centre was also working. Government of Pakhtunkhwa has included the scheme for construction of its own building in the annual development program. 2008-2009. Works & Service Department. has completed and handed over the newly constructed building of GPI Mansehra in 2016.

To be a model diversified TVET Institute providing practical skill based training on conventional as well as innovative technologies to cope with existing market demand.
